Hence a portfolio of variety of work is important to be built before reaching out to the market. This phase constitutes of: o Demos & Collaterals including brochure flyers o Mockups of the project in consideration o Project Kick off once the contract is won. B2C Engagements The B2C engagement is primarily done through the dedicated online shop where customers can browse through the repository, select designs or templates and download. The details of the process are described below: • Browse - The customer can browse through all the designs loaded in the repository portfolio. The details of each item are given alongside the pages in the online shop. The customers can also view an online demo of each item to get a detailed look and feel of the same. • Select – Once they decide on the items they would like to buy they can add them onto a shopping cart which leads to the payment / information module once checked out. • Sign Up – To maintain a robust CRM process all customer details should be gathered in a secured format without violating the privacy policy. • Pay / Subscribe – The customer can choose either to take a yearly subscription or pay per download. Yearly subscription will allow customers to download a bulk amount of items depending on the package selected. Pay per download is a one-time payment to download and use the item. Each item can be downloaded unique i.e. it will be removed from the inventory at a premium price. • Download – Once paid the customer will get a download link over the email where they can download the respective items purchased.
