For online reservations, a customer will receive an e ‐ mail confirming the request made or suggesting other time slots. This e ‐ mail will be sent within 1 hour of the booking request being made. For reservations made over the telephone, customers will be given a preliminary confirmation, followed by a text message. On reaching the restaurant at the predefined time, customers will be greeted at the hospitality desk where the reservation will be reconfirmed. On satisfactory confirmation of the reservation, customers will be accompanied to the reserved table by staff members and seated. A member of the service team will attend to customers and hand out menu cards. The service team member will take orders and send it for activation. Drinks followed by food will be served. On completion of the service, a bill will be presented to the customer/customers. A service team member will collect the payment and hand it over to the cashier. A copy of the bill and invoice will be handed over to the customer/customers. Customers will be accompanied to the exit by a member of the hospitality team. For walk in customers, tables will be offered on a first come first serve basis. Reservations will be held up to 30 minutes from the allotted time slot after which it will get cancelled.
