Operations Strategy
The company will initially focus on launching a lounge in Michigan for the fashionable trendsetter.
Over a period of 18-36 months, the company hopes to build a large community of trendy party goers
and strong brand presence to expand and branch out into a dedicated clothing line and TV shows.
This business plan looks into Phase 1 of business operations only.
The diagram above shows the phased approach proposed by the company. This approach has been
analyzed below;
Phase 1
– The company has identified a multi level property to house the lounge in the business
district of Michigan. This two tier property will house an exclusive members club on the lower floor,
with the lounge situated on a higher floor. It is estimated that each floor will cover an area of around
1500 square feet
The lounge will operate from 6pm-2am (depending on the prevailing regulations) and provide
alcoholic/non alcoholic beverages, live music by DJ’s and multi cuisine food.
Phase 2
– The company expects to increase the number of lounges across the USA as part of this
phase. Currently, the company plans on extending Blaze to New York, Chicago and Boston by 2015.
Phase 3
– The Party Group will launch its own clothing line to leverage its brand image.
Phase 4
– Fashion and lifestyle television is a growing segment with huge potential. The Party Group
expects to launch its TV programs with celebrity anchors within five years of rolling out its first
lounge.
