Products and Services Description
It is to be noted that Blaze as a product closely aligns itself to market trends and potential growth
opportunities. A high end lounge will be launched in Phase 1 followed by an expansion within the
USA in Phase 2, a clothing/merchandising line and TV programme will follow in Phase 3 and Phase 4
respectively. Details have been included in the Operations Strategy section of this business plan,
however, the scope of this business plan is limited to activities related to Phase 1 only.
Blaze will take a hybrid approach to social networking as a lounge where people can both socialise
and conduct business. This takes on duel meaning when you consider that the lounge will cater to
both the nightlife industry and top end corporates that frequent them.
Blaze will set up a membership programme where customers can register via the website. The
lounge will offer two kinds of memberships namely; Silver Member and Platinum Member
As a Silver Member, one will get invites to special events and access to the lounge on a priority basis
especially during weekends.
A Platinum Membership will be by invitation only. This will be an offer for the most exclusive people
in the city. Platinum members will be given exclusive access to the Platinum zone in the lounge, with
personalised service and hospitality. These members will receive VIP tickets to events and have a
dedicated entrance to the lounge.
