As part of the hospitality industry, the key focus for Blaze’s business model will concentrate on
building customer loyalty and customer retention. While getting initial traction is comparatively
easier, creating long term sustainability through customer loyalty is often challenging. Simply put,
from a business perspective this would require consistency in product quality and strong customer
engagement, both from a supply and demand side.
Supply Side – The supply side for Blaze will consist of;
Food raw material vendors
Wine suppliers
Other Spirits vendors
Professionals from the world of entertainment and music
In line with its niche segment, the company will source its food raw materials and wine from
authentic suppliers. The company is currently negotiating a deal with the largest exporter of wine
from France to ensure that only the very best is offered to Blaze customers.
An in-house DJ and performances by well known celebrities to mark special events will be organized
in the lounge. The founders are aware that the way forward to customer retention is through a mix
of good food, fine wine and entertainment.
